Venue Sourcing

We offer a free venue search service for a complete range of requirements: non- residential or residential; large or small; from 1:1 meeting rooms to space for 2,500 or more. We cover the needs of all sectors; IT, charities, counselling, training, NHS and others.

We take a detailed brief from you, combining your requirements for ambience, setting, logistics etc. with our 30 years’ experience of event management and sourcing. We then hit the phones to track down the perfect venue.

We check availability – not just dates, but also the capacity, shape and flow of meeting rooms and, if required, the availability for any bedrooms.  We negotiate the best possible rates and hold the space on your behalf with no commitment to you until you are ready to contract.

We will arrange site visits and continue to support you from the final venue choice to the event date and beyond, if required.
