I recently had lunch at the Amba Hotel, Charing Cross.

I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by the hotels interior.  My previous experience of the hotel was a good few years ago, when it was a Thistle Hotel and Wow how it has changed.

The lobby is small and not overly impressive but once you have moved through and into the main body of the hotel, you come across the beautiful staircase ( in purple shades) which takes you up into the Ballroom, Bar and Terrace restaurant.

Here you find an oasis of calm from the London noise and traffic on the Strand and if you should desire take a window seat where you can watch all the comings and goings into Charing Cross Station from the windows.

Perfectly located for Meetings and business catch ups in the Trafalgar Square / Strand area of London
